Printful Return Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Any claims for misprinted\/damaged\/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, email: store@taminglightning.net so they can submit a problem report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wrong Address –<\/strong> If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unclaimed –<\/strong> Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won\u2019t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amazing1 products sold through Taming Lightning are covered under the manufacturer’s original warranty terms, established by Amazing1 (formerly Information Unlimited) since 1974. Taming Lightning facilitates orders and returns on Amazing1’s behalf, but all defect determinations and warranty decisions are made by Amazing1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Standard Warranty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Unless otherwise noted on the product listing, Amazing1 products carry a standard 30-day limited warranty<\/strong>. Some items carry longer coverage \u2014 90-day, 6-month, or 1-year \u2014 where specified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
