I was recently working on a new contract for when I purchase in peer to peer markets such as Let Go, Craigslist, or Facebook Market trades. While I was working on that I talked about my experience with Commissions and was asked to provide the template that I currently use.
This is a very simple template: Terms of Service, Design Details, Delivery Date and Method, Payment and Payment Method, and the important detail that any new revisions and changes in pricing require signing a new Contract that will build on the original. |
