Patrick Collentine has be integral to beginning of my interest in plasma, initial push for plasma at the Pittsburgh Glass Center, and the first guest on the podcast.
Here’s comic made by Pat Collentine for the 2018 Glass Art Society (GAS) Conference in Murano for the Vetro Illuminato Exhibition for Light and Glass works. It’s thanks to Collentine’s efforts in Sweden and residency with the Glass Factory in Boda that we were able to show plasma demonstrations. It is his same efforts that have allowed Ed Kirshner, Jaime Guerrero, and myself to teach a workshop Fall 2019, and will be the very same equipment used for plasma demo’s for GAS 2020 in Sweden. |
