I wanted to take a moment to let you know about a recent issue affecting email communications.

Over the past 1–2 weeks, I’ve been able to receive emails but have been unable to send or respond due to a server issue. Some messages were also stuck in the system, which tech support has thankfully helped me recover.

I’ve spent the last week working with tech support to get everything back up and running, but it’s taken much longer than expected. To ensure I can respond to you in a timely manner while this is being resolved, I’ll be using TamingLightning@gmail.com for all outgoing messages.

I understand how frustrating technical issues like this can be, especially when you’re waiting on a response, and I truly appreciate your patience and continued support.
