The TPU Tapered Swivel Connector / Blow Hose Tube Adapter was developed as an experiment in bringing 3D printing technology into the world of neon and plasma tooling. Inspired by designs found in the West Coast Custom Design catalog, this adapter explores the viability of durable, flexible printed tools for studio use.

Printed in 98A TPU, the connector offers a balance of flexibility and strength. For best performance and longevity, it is recommended for use with flame-polished tubing ends.

Cone adapters are especially useful when working directly on patterns, helping keep your glass true to the surface without the tube ends being elevated off the design. This allows for smoother layout, alignment, and shaping during fabrication.
