Description
The LumaShell PD-7K Complete by Taming Lightning LLC is a ready-to-use plasma driver built for artists, students, and educators who want to power their plasma globes and artwork without the need for electronics assembly. It combines two products from the Taming Lightning store — the PD-7K 7KVA Plasma Power Supply by LumaLaser and the PD-7K LumaShell enclosure design — into a single, assembled unit that arrives ready to go.
Plug in and create.
What’s included:
- LumaLaser PD-7K plasma driver (7KVA output, one or two electrode support)
- 3D-printed LumaShell enclosure — clean, protective, workshop-ready using UL-certified self-extinguishing PETG filament
- Power button and strain relief cable gland
- 12V DC wall adapter — no separate purchase needed
Who this is for
If you’ve looked at the bare PD-7K and wished it came ready to use — this is it. Designed for glass artists, students, and anyone building or displaying plasma artwork who wants to stay focused on the creative work, not the wiring. No soldering. No sourcing parts. No assembly required.
For those who prefer to build their own setup, the PD-7K driver and LumaShell 3D model files are each available separately in the store.
