Request a custom gas mixture from Global Rare Gases (US Only). These specialty blends are made by creating a master mix, which allows Global Rare Gases to accurately achieve the percentage of each gas when filling smaller cylinders. Because of this process, initial custom mixes cost more, but if the community adopts a mixture and additional cylinders are filled from the same master mix, the cost per cylinder decreases.

Custom mixtures can be inspired by artistic or research needs—for example, the ArKr50 (50% Argon / 50% Krypton) blend featured in Episode 63 of the Taming Lightning Podcast with Dani Kaes.
